How to read your trainer dashboard in Fitnexa
What the Trainer Today dashboard shows — Sessions Today, Scheduled and Completed cards, your hours for the day and today's session list.
The dashboard is the first thing you see when you sign in as a trainer. It answers two questions: am I working today, and who am I seeing?
Open the dashboard
Click Dashboard in the left-hand menu. The page is headed Trainer Today with an Active badge. In the Fitnexa app, tap the Dashboard tab.
In the Trainer menu, select Dashboard.
The three number cards
Sessions Today — every session on your calendar for today.
Scheduled — the ones still to come.
Completed — the ones already marked as completed.
The To-do today card
Your hours today shows the working hours your admin set for you today, for example 06:00 – 14:00. If you're off, it shows Time off · {reason} (such as Time off · Family function). If today isn't one of your working days, it says Not scheduled to work today.
Your sessions repeats how many sessions you have, with a Schedule → link to your full calendar.
Today's Sessions
The list at the bottom shows each session in time order. A 1-to-1 session is labelled Member Session; a class or drop-in is labelled Open Session. The badge on the right is the session's status — see What each session status means.
If you have nothing today you'll see No sessions scheduled for today.

If something goes wrong
- Not scheduled to work today. but I am working
- Your working hours are set by your center's admin. Ask them to tick today in your Working hours. See Change your working hours or book time off.
- A session I finished still shows SCHEDULED
- Trainers can't change a session's status. Your center or the system updates it — ask the front desk or your admin if it stays wrong.
Common questions
Does the dashboard update by itself?
It loads fresh each time you open it. Reload the page to see a session that was just booked.
Where do I see sessions for other days?
Click Schedule → on the dashboard, or My Schedule in the menu.
