How to suggest a feature or leave a review of Fitnexa

Tell the Fitnexa team what you'd like changed, or rate Fitnexa with a star review. Follow your suggestion's status and edit or remove your review any time.

Whether you're a member, trainer, front-desk staff or run a center, your ideas shape Fitnexa. You can send a suggestion, a review, or both.

Step by step

  1. Open Feedback & Review

    Click your photo or initials in the top-right corner and choose Feedback & Review. In the app, go to More › Profile › Feedback & Review.

  2. Suggest a change

    On the Feedback tab, under Suggest a change, give it a short title (up to 120 characters) and describe it (up to 2,000 characters). Click Send suggestion.

    Your suggestions show their status: Waiting for a decision, Accepted, Implemented or Not going ahead.

  3. Or leave a review

    On the Review tab, choose 1–5 stars and write 10–1,000 characters about your experience. Click Send review.

    Your review shows Waiting for approval, then On the Fitnexa website or Not shown on the website. Use Edit or Remove to change it later.

Common questions

Will my review be public?

Approved reviews can appear on the Fitnexa website. You'll see On the Fitnexa website when yours is shown.

Is this a review of my gym?

No. This is feedback about Fitnexa itself. For your gym, talk to them or raise a ticket under Support.
