How to change your working hours or book time off as a trainer
Trainers can't edit their own hours in Fitnexa. Here's who sets them, how to ask for a change or a day off, and where you'll see the update.
Your working hours decide when members can book time with you. In Fitnexa they're set by your center's admin, not by you — so changing them is a quick request to your admin.
Step by step
Check your current hours
Open Dashboard. The Your hours today line shows today's hours, Time off · {reason} if you're off, or Not scheduled to work today.
In the Trainer menu, select Dashboard.
Ask your admin for the change
Open Messages and message your center's admin. Say exactly what you need, for example:
Please change my hours to Mon–Sat, 06:00 to 14:00 from 1 OctorTime off 12 Oct to 14 Oct — family function. In the Trainer menu, select Messages.
What your admin does
Your admin opens Schedule & Classes, goes to the Schedule tab, picks you, and opens Working hours. They tick your days, set the start to end time and click Save hours. For a single day they can use Mark day off.
Longer time off is added from your trainer page under Time off, with From, To and Reason, then Add.

If something goes wrong
- Members are booking me at times I'm not working
- Your saved hours are wrong or missing. Ask your admin to check your Working hours and click Save hours.
- My time off is set but sessions are still booked that day
- Sessions booked before your time off was added aren't moved automatically. Ask the front desk to move or cancel them.
Common questions
Why can't I set my own hours?
Your hours control what members can book, so centers keep them with the admin. It stops accidental gaps or double-bookings.
Can I have different hours on different days?
Yes. Your admin can set a different start and end time for each day you work.
