- Is the app free for members?
- Yes. The app is included in your fitness center's Fitnexa plan, so members don't pay anything to use it.
- Which fitness centers can I use it with?
- Any center that runs on Fitnexa. You can also find centers near you in the app and in the Fitnexa directory.
- Is it the same app for staff and trainers?
- Yes — one Fitnexa app. What you see depends on your role, so a trainer sees their schedule and members, and the front desk sees check-ins and billing.
- What if I belong to more than one center?
- Your account can be linked to more than one Fitnexa center, and you switch between them under My Centers.
- Can I check in with my face?
- Face ID check-in happens on your center's front-desk device, not on your phone. The app starts the enrolment; you finish it at the desk. The app's QR code works everywhere.
