Sound familiar?
Summer overcrowding
April and May bring more swimmers than the lanes can safely hold, batch after batch.
Who is in the water?
Passes are shared and nobody at the gate knows whose membership has expired.
Learn-to-swim levels
Beginners, improvers and squad swimmers all need different batches and coaches.
Lockers, costumes and caps
Locker keys, towel issue and cap sales handled with a register and a cash box.

A day with Fitnexa
At 6 AM the adult lap batch opens with eight swimmers booked in each lane. Members are checked in by face at the gate device, and the entry rules turn away one whose membership lapsed yesterday before he reaches the changing room. The desk issues a locker and a towel against his name after he renews on UPI.
Summer camp runs from 9 to 11 AM. Each learn-to-swim batch is a session with its own coach and capacity, and every child is on a training program with stages from water confidence to freestyle. After each week the coach moves a few swimmers to the next stage, and parents with the member login see it.
In the evening the squad swimmers train with their coach, who logs 100m freestyle times as a custom metric. Each swimmer sees the line trending down in the app. The pool manager checks the peak-hours heatmap and decides to add a 7 PM adult batch before the rush, with its own lane capacity from day one.

Common questions
- Can I limit how many swimmers are in each lane or batch?
- Yes. Lane batches are set up as bookable sessions with a capacity, and once full, swimmers join the waitlist.
- Will Face ID work for swimmers at the gate?
- Yes. Face ID check-in runs on your front-desk device before swimmers enter, so it works as they arrive dry.
- Can I run summer camps alongside regular memberships?
- Yes. Create a short-duration camp plan with its own price and sessions, alongside your monthly and annual plans.
- Can I manage lockers and towel issue?
- Yes. Assign lockers, issue towels and sell caps or goggles at the counter, with stock updating automatically.
