What session statuses mean: Scheduled, No Show and more
What SCHEDULED, IN PROGRESS, COMPLETED, CANCELLED and NO SHOW mean on your Fitnexa schedule, and who updates a session's status.
Every session on your Dashboard and My Schedule carries a coloured status badge. Here's what each one means.
The five statuses
SCHEDULED — booked and still to happen.
IN PROGRESS — the session has started and is running now.
COMPLETED — the session is finished. It counts towards Completed on your dashboard and Completed (this month) on your schedule.
CANCELLED — the member or the center cancelled it. You don't need to turn up.
NO SHOW — the member didn't come.
| Time | Session | Status |
|---|---|---|
| 06:30 AM | Member Session | COMPLETED |
| 08:00 AM | Open Session | IN PROGRESS |
| 11:00 AM | Member Session | NO SHOW |
| 05:30 PM | Member Session | SCHEDULED |
Who changes the status
Trainers don't mark sessions completed or no-show — there's no button for it on the website or in the app. The status is updated by your center or by Fitnexa automatically.
If a status looks wrong, for example a session you ran still says SCHEDULED, tell the front desk or your admin.
Common questions
Can I mark a member as a no-show?
No. Ask the front desk or your admin — they manage session statuses.
Do cancelled sessions still show on my calendar?
Yes, with a CANCELLED badge, so you can see what changed.
