How to check in at the kiosk with your staff QR pass

Open My Check-in Pass in Fitnexa and show the live QR code at your center's kiosk to record your own attendance. Why screenshots don't work.

Trainers and staff check in at the kiosk just like members. If you don't use Face ID, you can use your own QR pass from My Check-in Pass.

The code changes every few seconds so nobody can reuse a copy of it. That's also why a screenshot or printout won't work.

Step by step

  1. Open My Check-in Pass

Sign in on your phone's browser, open More in the left-hand menu, then Operations › My Check-in Pass.

In the Trainer menu, open More, then select My Check-in Pass.

  2. Hold the live QR code up to the kiosk scanner

Your name and center appear above the QR code, and a ring around it counts down to the next code. Keep this page open and in front while you scan.

If your center also asks for Face ID, look at the kiosk camera when it asks.

QR check-in isn’t available
Your center has turned QR check-in off. Check in with Face ID at the kiosk, or at the front desk.

Common questions

Can I print my pass or save it as an image?

No. The code changes every few seconds and printing or screenshotting it cancels it. Always show the live page.

Can I use Face ID instead?

Yes, if your center uses Face ID. See Request your own Face ID.
