How to sign in to Fitnexa with a password or an email code

Sign in to Fitnexa on the website or app with your email and password, or skip the password and use a one-time 6-digit code sent to your email.

Everyone — members, front-desk staff, trainers and center admins — signs in on the same page. Fitnexa takes you to the right place for your account once you're in.

You can sign in with your password, or ask for a one-time code by email if you'd rather not type it.

Step by step

  1. Sign in with your password

    Go to fitnexa.io/login. On Welcome back, enter your Email and Password and click Sign in.

  2. Or sign in with a one-time code

    Enter your Email, then click Email me a one-time code instead. On Check your email, type the 6-digit code and click Sign in (it stays greyed out until all 6 digits are in). The code expires after 10 minutes.

    No email? Wait for the countdown (Resend in 60s) and click Resend code. Back returns you to the password form.

  3. In the app

    On Sign in, enter your email and password and tap Sign In — or tap Use a one-time code instead, enter the code and tap Verify & Sign In. Didn't get it? Resend code sends a new one.

If something goes wrong

That email and password combination is not correct.
Check for typos and Caps Lock. Still stuck? Use Email me a one-time code instead, or click Forgot password? to set a new one.
Enter your email address first.
Type your email before clicking Email me a one-time code instead or Forgot password?.
Too many attempts. Try again in a few minutes.
For your security, sign-in pauses after several tries. You can request up to 3 codes every 15 minutes. Wait a few minutes and try again.
Could not reach the server. Check your connection and try again.
Check your internet connection, then try again.

Common questions

Can I sign in with Google or Facebook?

No. Fitnexa uses your email with a password or a one-time email code.

I'm a trainer at two centers. Do I need two accounts?

No. One account can hold several roles and centers. Switch between them from the Accounts section of the account menu.

How long does the one-time code last?

10 minutes. Request a fresh one if it has expired.
