How to reset a forgotten Fitnexa password by email

Forgot your Fitnexa password? Request a secure reset link by email, choose a new password of at least 10 characters and sign in again in under two minutes.

If you can't remember your password, send yourself a reset link. It works the same for members, staff, trainers and admins.

Need to get in right now? You can also sign in with a one-time email code and change your password later.

Step by step

  1. Open Forgot password?

    On the sign-in page at fitnexa.io/login, click Forgot password?. The app has no reset link, so use the website on your phone or computer.

  2. Request the reset link

    On Reset your password, enter the email you sign in with and click Send reset link. You'll see Check your inbox.

  3. Choose a new password

    Open the email and click the link within 1 hour. On Create new password, type a New password of at least 10 characters, repeat it in Confirm new password, and click Update password.

  4. Sign in

    You'll see Password updated and be taken to the sign-in page after 3 seconds. Sign in with your new password.

If something goes wrong

The email never arrived
Didn't receive an email? Check your spam folder or try again. Make sure you typed the email you actually sign in with.
This reset link is no longer valid. Please request a new one.
Links expire after 1 hour and work only once. Go back to Forgot password? and request a new one.
Invalid or missing reset token…
The link was cut short when you copied it. Click the link straight from the email, or request a new one.
Passwords do not match.
Type the same password in both boxes.
Too many attempts. Please wait a minute and try again.
Wait a minute before trying again.

Common questions

How long is the reset link valid?

1 hour, and it can be used once.

What are the password rules?

At least 10 characters, and not a common password such as password123.

Can I reset my password in the app?

Not yet. Use the website, or sign in to the app with Use a one-time code instead.
