One Fitnexa login can hold several accounts — for example a member account at your gym and a staff or trainer account where you work. The account menu lets you move between them without signing out.

Step by step

  1. Open the account menu

Click your photo or initials in the top-right corner. You'll see your name and email at the top.

  2. Pick the account you want

Under Accounts, the one you're using is tagged Current. Click another one to switch — Fitnexa opens that account's home page.

If something goes wrong

An Access removed message appears
A center has removed your access to one of your accounts. Click Unlink fitness center to take it off your list, or Keep if you expect it to be restored — and contact the center.
I don't see my staff or trainer account
You need to accept the invitation email from that center first. Staff and trainer accounts are only added by invitation.

Common questions

Do I need a separate email for each role?

No. One email and password can hold member, staff, trainer and admin accounts.

How do I switch between two gyms where I'm a member?

Use My Centers or the building-icon center switcher in the top bar — that changes the center, not the account.
