A day with Fitnexa
On Monday evening the studio runs four batches back to back: kids' Bollywood, beginner contemporary, intermediate hip-hop and an adult Kathak class. Each is a recurring session with its own instructor and room capacity. Students scan their QR code as they come in, and the instructor sees who is present on the coach portal before warming up.
A guest choreographer is coming for a Sunday workshop. The studio sets it up as a one-off session with thirty places and a coupon for regular students. Bookings come in through the app, and once it fills, the waitlist takes over. Every workshop invoice is on the student's record, paid or pending.
After class the instructor updates each batch's practice plan for the week: counts to revise, sections to drill and a reminder to practise the new eight-count. Students tick items off in the app. The owner, meanwhile, follows up with three parents who enquired after Saturday's trial class, each sitting in the leads pipeline with a follow-up date.
