How to see your upcoming sessions on the Fitnexa calendar
Use My Schedule to see every session you're booked for by month, check a day's sessions, notes and statuses, and refresh after new bookings.
My Schedule is your calendar. It shows every session your center or your members have booked with you, one month at a time.
It's read-only: sessions are booked, moved and cancelled by the front desk or by members themselves.
Step by step
Open My Schedule
Click My Schedule in the left-hand menu, or tap the My Schedule tab in the app.
In the Trainer menu, select My Schedule.
Read the summary cards
Upcoming is everything still to come. The middle card counts sessions in the month you're viewing, for example Sep sessions. Completed (this month) counts the ones finished this month.

Use Previous month and Next month to move, and Today to jump back. Busy days show a few sessions and then +n more — click the day to see them all.
Click a day to see its sessions
The day panel lists each session with the member (shown as Member and a short code), any notes and its status badge. If the day is empty you'll see No sessions on this day.
Click Refresh if you expect a session that was just booked.

If something goes wrong
- A member says they booked but it isn't on my calendar
- Click Refresh. If it still isn't there, the booking may be with another trainer — ask the front desk to check.
- I need to cancel or move a session
- Trainers can't edit sessions from My Schedule. Ask the front desk or your admin to move it, or ask the member to rebook.
Common questions
Where is Session History?
Past sessions are on the same calendar — go back with Previous month. The old Session History link now opens My Schedule.
Why does a session show a member code instead of a name?
Some entries show the member as Member followed by a short code. It's the same session — check the name in My Members or ask the front desk.
