A day with Fitnexa
At 5 PM the kids' karate batch arrives straight from school. Each child scans the QR code on the member login their parents were given, or the desk finds them by phone number. The instructor sees today's list on the coach portal, and the academy's entry rules flag a student whose plan expired on Sunday.
Grading is three weeks away, so the head instructor opens the training program and checks each student's stage and attendance since the last grading. Two students are short on sessions and get a message in the app. The rest have a technique plan for the week: kata to revise, combinations to drill and a note on stances.
At 7:30 PM the adult BJJ and MMA batches share the mat in turns, each a recurring session with its own coach and capacity. The competition team trains separately on Saturdays. The owner runs a second branch across town, and both appear in one account with their own schedules and fees.
