How to change your Fitnexa password when you know it
Change your Fitnexa password from Profile Settings, or email yourself a reset link. Changing it signs you out of every other device for extra safety.
You can change your password any time while signed in. Do it straight away if you think someone else knows it.
Step by step
Open Profile Settings
Click your photo or initials in the top-right corner and choose Profile Settings. Members can also click Profile in the left-hand menu.
Enter your current and new password
In the Password section, under Change Password, fill in Current Password, a New Password of at least 10 characters and Confirm New Password. Click Update Password.

If something goes wrong
- I don't know my current password
- Click Email me a reset link and follow the link in the email to set a new one.
- Password must be at least 10 characters.
- Choose a longer password.
- That password is too common. Choose something less predictable.
- Pick something less obvious than common words or number runs.
Common questions
Can I change my password in the app?
No. Password changes are on the website. Sign in at fitnexa.io and open Profile Settings.
Will I be signed out of the app?
Yes — every other device is signed out. Sign in again with your new password.
