A tour of the Fitnexa admin portal: where everything is
What's in the admin sidebar, the More menu, the Dashboard tiles, the top bar and the Settings hub — so you always know where to click in your Fitnexa portal.
The admin portal is where you run your center day to day. The left-hand sidebar holds the pages you use most; everything else sits under More, grouped by job.
The sidebar
The sidebar shows Fitnexa.io and Fitness Center Admin at the top, then Dashboard, Members & Staff, Reminders, Schedule & Classes, Analytics and Messages.
Several pages have tabs across the top: Members & Staff has Members and Staff; Schedule & Classes has Schedule and Classes; Messages has Messages and Tickets.
In the Admin menu, select Members & Staff.
The More menu
More opens five groups. Operations: Attendance, Plans and Programs, Face ID Approvals, My Check-in Pass. Sales: Leads CRM, Promotions. Finance: Invoices, Expenses, Reports. Assets: Devices, Inventory & Assets. Admin: Activity, Notifications, Branches, Fitnexa Support, Settings.
In the Admin menu, open More, then select Settings.
The Dashboard
Your gym at a glance shows live tiles, a To-do today list (today's sessions and reminders, with an overdue count) and Quick Access shortcuts: Check-In Desk, Members & Staff, Reminders, Attendance, Schedule & Classes, Plans & Programs, Invoices, Leads CRM and Reports.
The top bar
The top bar has a greeting, the bell for notifications, and your avatar. The avatar menu has Profile Settings, Notifications, Feedback & Review, Accounts, Add account and Logout.
During your trial a banner reads You're on a free trial — N days left…. If your subscription lapses you'll see Account paused. and the portal becomes view-only until it's renewed.
Settings
More › Settings groups your options. Your Fitness Center: Fitness Center Profile, Branding & Theme. Operations: Booking, Face ID Settings, QR Check-in, Body Stats, Invoice Template, Financial Reporting. Your Fitnexa Subscription: Fitnexa Plan. Access Control: Roles & Permissions. Danger Zone: Delete Fitness Center. Currency and Timezone are set on the same page.

Branch admins
A branch admin sees the same main items, but with Tickets instead of Messages, and only their own branch's data.
Common questions
Why is a page missing from my sidebar?
Pages only show if your role allows them. Staff and trainers see fewer items than admins, and branch admins see one branch only.
How do I get back to the Dashboard?
Click Dashboard at the top of the sidebar at any time.
