How to sign up your gym or fitness center on Fitnexa

Pick a plan, start your free trial and create your gym workspace in three steps: your details, a 6-digit email code and your gym's name, services and location.

Signing up creates your Fitnexa workspace: your admin account, your fitness center and a first branch. It takes about five minutes, and you start on a free trial.

Only the owner signs up this way. Your staff, trainers and members join later from invitations you send.

Step by step

  1. Choose Business Owner and pick a plan

    Go to fitnexa.io/register and click the Business Owner card (tagged Fitness Centre Owner). You're taken to the pricing page. Click Start free trial on the plan that suits you.

  2. Enter your details

    On Step 1 of 3 — Your Details (Business Owner Account), fill in First Name, Last Name, Work Email and a Password of at least 10 characters. Click Continue.

  3. Verify your email

    On Step 2 of 3 — Verify Email (Check your email), type the 6-digit code into Verification Code and click Verify email. No email after a minute? Check spam, or click Resend code.

  4. Tell us about your gym

    On Step 3 of 3 — Your Gym (Tell us about your gym), enter your Gym / Centre Name. Under Center Type, choose Single service or Multiple services and tap at least one service chip, such as Gym, Yoga or CrossFit.

    Add your Location — Address, then pick the State and City (the country is always India) — and a Contact Phone members can reach you on. Your Profile Picture (optional) and Center Logo (optional) can wait.

    Timezone starts at (GMT+5:30) India — Kolkata, Mumbai, Delhi and Currency at Indian Rupee (₹). Leave them unless you need something else.

  5. Land on your Dashboard

    Click Create my gym workspace. You arrive on your Dashboard, with the setup checklist at the top showing what's left to do before members can find you.

  6. Already have a Fitnexa account? Create a center from it

    If you're signed in as a member, open the account menu (your avatar, top right) and click Add account, then Create a Fitness Center. Enter a Fitness center name and click Create & switch.

If something goes wrong

Password must be at least 10 characters.
Choose a longer password — a short phrase works well.
Too many code requests. Please wait a few minutes and try again.
Wait a few minutes before clicking Resend code, and check your spam folder meanwhile.
Gym name is required.
Fill in Gym / Centre Name on step 3.
Please select the service you offer.
Tap at least one service chip under Center Type.
Please add your center's location (address, state and city).
Type the street address, then choose both a State and a City from the dropdowns.
Please add a contact phone number members can reach you on.
Enter a phone number in Contact Phone. Members see it on your center's page.

Common questions

Do I need a card to start the free trial?

You pick a plan on the pricing page and click Start free trial. The top of your portal shows how many trial days you have left.

Can I run more than one branch?

Yes. Your workspace starts with Main Branch, and you can add more from More › Branches.

Can my staff sign up the same way?

No. Staff, trainers and other admins join by invitation. Invite them from Members & Staff › Staff once your workspace is ready.
