How to edit your center profile, location and photos on Fitnexa
Update your logo, about text, address, map pin, contact details and up to 20 photos in Fitness Center Profile — the details members see when they find you.
Your Fitness Center Profile is what members see before they join: your photos, where you are, how to reach you and what you offer. Three of the setup checklist's required items are completed here.
Step by step
Open Fitness Center Profile
Open More, then Settings under Admin, and click Fitness Center Profile.
In the Admin menu, open More, then select Settings.

Add your logo and about text
Under Branding & About, click Upload logo and write a few lines in About your fitness center — your facilities, timings and what makes you different.
Set your location and map pin
Under Location, check Address, State, City and Postal Code. Then give the map exact coordinates: paste the full link from Google Maps into Map link (Google Maps URL), click Detect my location if you're at the center, or drag the map pin. Latitude and Longitude fill in automatically.

Under Customer Contact, add a Contact person, Contact hours, Phone, WhatsApp, Email and Website. Members use these to reach you before they join.

Under Photos, add up to 20 photos. Each must be at least 1000 × 560 pixels. The first photo is your cover image, so start with your best wide shot of the floor.
Save
Click Save Changes at the bottom of the page.
If something goes wrong
- The map link says it contains no coordinates
- You pasted a short share link. Open it in your browser, wait for Google Maps to load, then copy the long address from the address bar and paste that.
- A photo won't upload
- It's probably smaller than 1000 × 560 pixels. Use the original photo from your camera or phone rather than a thumbnail or screenshot.
Common questions
Which photo do members see first?
The first photo in Photos is your cover image on your listing and in Find Centers.
Can I change the country from India?
No. Fitnexa centers are in India, so you choose a State and City from the lists.
