How to finish the Fitnexa setup checklist for your center
The Dashboard checklist lists what your center needs before members can find it: photos, map location, services and plans. Here's how to tick off each item.
Until your center has photos, a map location, services and at least one membership plan, members can't find it in Find Centers. The checklist on your Dashboard tracks exactly what's missing.
Step by step
Find the checklist on your Dashboard
Click Dashboard. At the top you'll see Finish setting up your fitness center and a count such as 4 of 7 essentials done. The warning Your center won't appear in members' Find Centers search until the required items below are complete. stays until the required items are done.
In the Admin menu, select Dashboard.

Click an item to go to the page that completes it:
Add your logo & about (optional) · Upload center photos (required) · Set your location on the map (required — the map pin needs coordinates, not just an address) · List the services you offer (required) · Create membership pricing plans (required) · Set up training programs (optional) · Publish an offer (optional).
Or click Complete setup to jump to the next unfinished item.

Once everything you need is ticked off, click the X on the checklist card to hide it.
If something goes wrong
- Set your location on the map stays unticked even though I entered an address
- The address alone isn't enough — the center needs map coordinates. In Fitness Center Profile › Location, paste a full Google Maps link into Map link (Google Maps URL), click Detect my location, or place the map pin, then Save Changes.
- Everything is ticked but my center still isn't public
- Check Public listing on the center profile. List this center publicly on Fitnexa must be ticked, and your account must be active or on trial.
Common questions
Do I have to finish the checklist before adding members?
No. You can register members straight away. You do need at least one membership plan first, because every member is registered on a plan.
Which items are optional?
Your logo and about text, training programs and offers. Everything else is required to appear in Find Centers.
