How to create a membership plan with pricing and GST on Fitnexa
Set up monthly, quarterly or annual plans with price, offer price, GST rate, class limits and freeze options — the plans you register members on.
Membership plans are your price list. Every member is registered on one, and the plan's tax rate is applied to their invoices automatically. Plans also show on your public listing.
Step by step
Open Plans and Programs
Open More and click Plans and Programs under Operations. You land on the Plans tab. Click Create Plan.
In the Admin menu, open More, then select Plans and Programs.
Fill in the plan
Enter a Plan Name and a short Code (it turns upper-case — you'll use it for CSV imports). Set Duration (days) (30 for a month, 90 for a quarter) and Price.
To run a discount, fill in Offer Price or Discount (%) — they update each other, and Members pay … shows the result. Enter a Tax Rate (%), e.g.
18for GST. Leave Max Classes / Week empty for unlimited.Choose services and options
Under Services included, pick All services offered or Specific services and tick them. Tick Allows Guest Pass if members can bring a guest. Supports Freeze is on by default — untick it if the plan can't be paused. Click Create Plan.

If something goes wrong
- Name, code, price, and duration are required
- Fill in Plan Name, Code, Price and Duration (days).
- Pick at least one service, or choose 'All services'.
- Tick at least one service under Specific services, or switch to All services offered.
Common questions
Can I change a plan's price later?
Yes. Open the plan, change it and click Save Changes. It applies to new memberships; existing ones keep the dates they were given.
How do I remove a plan I no longer sell?
Open it and click Delete Plan.
Where does the GST go?
The Tax Rate (%) is added to invoices raised for this plan automatically.
