How to send a member their Fitnexa app invite link
A member can't get into the app? Copy their invite link from their profile and send it on WhatsApp or SMS so they can link their account to your center.
Members with an email on file see your center in the Fitnexa app automatically once they sign in with that email. If they're stuck — or the invite email didn't arrive — send them the link yourself.
Step by step
Open the member's profile
Go to Members & Staff › Members, find the member and click View →.

On the Profile tab, find the App access card and click Share invite link. Click Link to copy just the link, or Copy full message to copy a ready-written message with the link in it.

Paste it into WhatsApp, SMS or email. The member opens it, signs in or creates an account with the same email, and joins your center.
If something goes wrong
- Add an email so this member can access the app.
- Click Edit on the member's Profile tab, add their email, click Save, then share the link.
- The member says the link is unavailable
- It may have expired or been used. Click Share invite link again to get a fresh one.
Common questions
Does the member need to download anything first?
The link works on the website. They can also install the Fitnexa app from their phone's app store and sign in with the same account.
