Every check-in and check-out — from the front desk, a QR pass, the Face ID kiosk or an access terminal — lands on the Attendance page. Use it to see how busy you are right now and to check whether a particular member or trainer came in.

Step by step

  1. Open Attendance

Click More, then Attendance under Operations.

In the Admin menu, open More, then select Attendance.

  2. Pick members or staff

The Members tab shows Check-Ins, Check-Outs, Occupancy (people currently inside) and Invalid Events — for example a scan from someone whose membership had expired.

The Staff & Trainers tab shows the same for your team, with Off Schedule in place of occupancy: people who checked in outside their working hours.

Common questions

How do I see attendance for a past week or month?

Use Analytics › Attendance for trends, or Reports › Report Builder with the Attendance dataset to list every check-in between two dates.

Why is occupancy higher than the number of people inside?

Occupancy relies on check-outs. If members leave without checking out, they still count as inside for the day.
