How to approve a check-in kiosk's 6-digit pairing code
A new browser kiosk shows a 6-digit pairing code. Enter it on the Devices › Kiosks tab and click Approve code, or approve or reject it from the pending list.
When a kiosk is opened in a new browser, it may show a 6-digit pairing code and wait. This is a safety check — the kiosk can't be used until someone with admin access approves that code.
Step by step
Note the code on the kiosk
Read the 6-digit code shown on the kiosk screen, for example
482 915.Open Devices › Kiosks

In the Admin menu, open More, then select Devices.

- Access Control
Approve the code
Type the code and click Approve code. Or, if the request is listed, click Approve on its row — or Reject if you don't recognise it. The kiosk moves on by itself once approved.
