Analytics turns your day-to-day data into trends. It has four tabs — Overview, Billing, Attendance and Membership. You only see the tabs your role has permission for.

Overview

Active members, Est. MRR (estimated monthly recurring revenue — what your active memberships are worth per month), Net member growth, Churn rate (30d) (the share of members who left in the last 30 days), Income / Expense / Net (30d) and Outstanding.

In the Admin menu, select Analytics.

Billing

Collected (6mo), Billed (6mo), Outstanding and Collection rate — how much of what you bill actually gets paid. Below are Financial analysis, Expenses by category and Plan performance, which shows which plans earn the most.

Attendance

Attendance patterns can be viewed by Day, Week, Month or Year — use the ‹ › arrows to move back and forward. You'll see Check-ins, Peak hour and Busiest day, and a Peak hours · weekday × hour heatmap where darker squares mean busier times. Use it to plan staff rosters and class times.

Membership

Active memberships, New this month, Churn rate (30d) and Est. MRR. Churn analysis and At-risk members flag people likely to leave, based on how soon their plan expires and how long since they last came in. You'll also see memberships expiring in 14 and 30 days, and Engagement.

Common questions

Why can't I see the Billing tab?

Tabs follow your role's permissions. Ask your center admin to give your role access to billing.

What should I do with at-risk members?

Reach out before their plan ends — a message, a renewal offer or a free PT session often brings them back.
