How to set up QR code check-in for your members

Turn on QR check-in in Fitnexa, decide when members must also confirm with Face ID, set who can use it and how often codes rotate, and pick each kiosk's mode.

With QR check-in, members open their Check-in Pass in the Fitnexa app and hold it up to your kiosk. The code changes regularly, so a screenshot shared with a friend stops working.

Step by step

  1. Open Settings › QR Check-in

Click More › Settings and open QR Check-in. Switch on Enable QR check-in.

In the Admin menu, open More, then select Settings.

  2. Choose when to ask for Face ID too

For face confirmation, When they have Face ID (Recommended) asks members who've enrolled their face to confirm it after scanning. Always asks everyone, and Never lets the QR code alone check them in.

Then set Who can use it, the Code rotation interval, and whether to Allow passes in a web browser for members who don't have the app.
