Why is my Fitnexa account view-only? Trial, grace period and pausing
What happens when your Fitnexa free trial ends, how the grace period works if an invoice is unpaid, and how to get out of view-only mode quickly.
Fitnexa warns you well before anything changes. Banners at the top of the admin portal tell you where you are — from your free trial through to a paused account — and what to do next.
During your free trial
You'll see You're on a free trial — N days left. Your first invoice will be raised on {date}. On the last day it changes to Your free trial ends today…. After that, your first invoice is issued.
If an invoice isn't paid
An unpaid invoice first gets a grace period, then becomes overdue. Before anything is restricted, you're warned that Your account goes view-only in 2 days.
Paid part of it? A part payment gives you 15 days' grace.
View-only (paused) accounts
If the invoice still isn't settled, the account is paused and you'll see: Account paused. An invoice is unpaid, so your Fitness Center is view-only — you can see your data but can't make changes. Settle the invoice (or contact us) to reactivate.
Your data is safe. Your team can still see everything, but can't take bookings, check members in or raise invoices until the invoice is paid. Paying restores full access straight away.
How to reactivate
Go to More › Settings › Fitnexa Plan › Billing and click Pay on the unpaid invoice. If you've paid by bank transfer, click the I've transferred … — mark as paid button on the payment page. If something's wrong with the invoice, contact Fitnexa support.
Common questions
Is my data deleted if my account is paused?
No. A paused account is view-only. Everything is still there once you settle the invoice.
Can my members still check in while the account is view-only?
No. While the account is view-only, your team can't check members in, take bookings or raise invoices. Pay the invoice to restore access straight away.
