How to add more members when you hit your Fitnexa member limit
Reached your member limit? Add extra licence packs from Settings › Fitnexa Plan in a few clicks, or remove them when you no longer need them.
Your Fitnexa plan includes a number of members. The members page shows how many you've used — for example 342 of 400 members used. When you're full you'll see Limit reached, and extra licences let you keep growing without changing plan.
Step by step
Open the licences section
Click Buy more licences on the members page, or go to More › Settings › Fitnexa Plan and scroll to Extra licences.
Add packs
Click Add licences, choose how many Packs you need and confirm. You pay only for the days left in your current billing cycle; after that, the pack is added to your regular Fitnexa bill.

If your numbers drop, come back and click Remove licences. The unused days are credited on your next invoice.
Common questions
Should I buy licences or change plan?
Licences are quickest for a small top-up. If you're adding lots of members or need more branches, request a plan change instead.
Do deactivated members count towards the limit?
The meter counts the members your plan bills for. Deactivate people who've left to free up space.
