How to delete your fitness center from Fitnexa

Close your center's Fitnexa account from Settings › Danger Zone. Confirm with an emailed code; a 30-day grace period applies in case you change your mind.

Deleting your fitness center removes it — members, staff, invoices and settings — from Fitnexa. Because it's so final, deletion is scheduled with a 30-day grace period rather than happening at once.

Step by step

  1. Open Settings › Danger Zone

    Click More › Settings, open Danger Zone and find Delete Fitness Center.

  2. Request a code

    Click Request deletion (email me a code). We email a code to your address.

  3. Confirm

    Enter the code and click Confirm & schedule. Your center is scheduled for deletion after the 30-day grace period.

Can I change my mind?

Yes, during the 30-day grace period. Contact Fitnexa support from More › Fitnexa Support as soon as possible.

Do my members lose their Fitnexa accounts?

No. Members keep their own accounts; they just lose access to your center.
