How to pay your Fitnexa subscription invoice and get a GST bill
Pay your Fitnexa invoice online with Razorpay or by bank transfer, download the GST invoice for your accounts, and export your billing history as CSV.
Fitnexa bills your center for your plan. You'll find every invoice on the Billing tab of Settings › Fitnexa Plan, with a GST invoice for each one.
Step by step
Open the Billing tab
Go to More › Settings › Fitnexa Plan and open Billing. The top shows Outstanding, Paid to date and Invoices paid. Filter by Pending, Paid, Overdue, Half paid or Void.

Click Pay. Click the online payment button (for example Pay ₹4,720 now) to pay through Razorpay, or send the money to the bank-transfer details shown. After a bank transfer, click I've transferred ₹4,720 — mark as paid — this also raises a ticket so our team can match up your payment.
Download the GST invoice
Click GST invoice on any invoice for your accountant, or Download CSV to export your whole billing history.
Common questions
What if I pay only part of the invoice?
It shows as Half paid, and a part payment gives you 15 days' grace before the account is affected.
Why doesn't my GSTIN appear on the invoice?
Add it under Payment information on the Plan tab and click Save billing details. It appears on invoices raised after that.
