A day with Fitnexa
At 7 AM the first players arrive for early court slots. Each court is set up as a session with a capacity of two, and both players booked from the app the night before. They check in by face at the reception device. A member whose plan has expired is stopped by the entry rule, and the desk renews him on the spot by UPI.
At lunchtime the club coach runs a 1:1 session with a junior and logs her ghosting time as a custom metric. At 5 PM he takes a group clinic of six across two courts. Because his availability is set in Fitnexa, nobody could book a member game over his coaching hours.
By 7 PM the prime courts are full. Members on the standard plan have used their weekly booking cap, so the late slots go to people who haven't played yet. One pair cancels within the cancellation window, and the first pair on the waitlist is promoted and gets a confirmation. Before the committee meeting the secretary exports the outstanding dues as a CSV.

- Each court slot is a bookable session with a capacity, usually two players. Members book from the app, and waitlists promote automatically when someone cancels.
- Can I stop a few members booking every prime slot?
- Yes. Set a booking cap on each membership plan and a cancellation policy, and the schedule enforces them for everyone.
- Can I handle annual club memberships?
- Yes. Create plans of any duration with price, offer price and tax. Memberships expire automatically and appear on the expiring list before they do.
- Can the committee see the numbers?
