A day with Fitnexa
At 6:30 AM the senior squad arrives at the main court. Players scan the QR in their app at the desk tablet instead of waiting for roll call, and the assistant coach sees in the portal who is missing before the warm-up starts. The session is capped at 20, and two late bookers are on the waitlist for Thursday.
After school the court turns over to the under-12 and under-14 batches, each a recurring session with its own coach. The head coach logs free-throw makes out of 20 for every under-14 player as a custom metric. By the end of the month, the trend charts in the app show parents which players have improved.
In the evening the owner checks the second branch at a partner school, which has its own admin, plans and batches in the same account. Unpaid invoices across both branches are on one list under the Pending filter, and overdue reminders have gone out by email. A tournament moves Saturday practice to 8 AM, and the change goes to that batch as an in-app broadcast.
