A day with Fitnexa
The 4 PM after-school batch has eight players on four tables, and the capacity is set to match. A ninth student tried to book and is waitlisted for Thursday. Players scan the QR in their app at the hall desk as they come in from school. Parents who were given the member login see the booking confirmation.
At 5:30 the head coach runs a 1:1 multiball session with a player preparing for the district ranking tournament. Afterwards she opens the coach portal, moves him to the next stage of the academy's training program, and logs his forehand-loop count in 60 seconds as a custom metric. The trend chart shows a steady climb.
At 7 PM the owner checks the start-of-term fees. Most families paid by UPI, and each payment is recorded against its invoice, with a PDF invoice sent by email. The remaining pending balances get automatic overdue reminders. A table in the second hall is out for repair, so she broadcasts the change to Saturday's batch in the app.
