A day with Fitnexa
At 5:45 AM the hall fills for the morning batch. Players scan the QR in their app at the desk, and the entry rule turns away one casual member who hadn't booked a slot. Courts 1 to 4 run as a single coached batch capped at 16, while Courts 5 and 6 are set up as pay-and-play sessions of four.
Between batches the desk sells two tubes of shuttles and a grip through the POS, and the inventory shows only six tubes left, so the reorder happens today. The owner looks at the pending balances, records a UPI payment one parent sent to the coach, and lets the automatic overdue reminders handle the rest by email.
In the evening the head coach opens the coach portal, sees his 6 PM batch is full with three on the waitlist, and updates the intermediate group's drill plan: shadow footwork, net kills and clears to the back line. Players tick off each drill in the app. The peak-hours heatmap confirms what the queue suggests, so a new 7:30 PM batch goes up.
