A day with Fitnexa
At 6 AM the cricket nets open. Students show the QR in the Fitnexa app to the assistant coach's desk device, or the coach finds them by phone number. The under-14 batch is capped at 24, so a new student trying to join is added to next week's waitlist instead of squeezing in. Parents who hold the member login get the booking confirmation.
Mid-morning the office opens the Pending filter on Invoices. A few families paid by UPI directly to the coach, so the desk records those payments against their invoices. Overdue reminders go out by email for the rest. A coach marks two days off for a district tournament, and the schedule shows which batches need cover before anyone turns up to an empty ground.
At the evening football session the head coach records sprint times and passing accuracy as custom metrics, then writes a short note on two students who are ready to move up. When parents ask at the end of term, the trend chart answers the question. A rain cancellation goes out as an in-app broadcast to that batch only.
