A day with Fitnexa
The academy's day starts under floodlights at 6 AM. Court 1 and Court 2 each run a four-player batch, set up as recurring sessions with a capacity of four. A fifth player who tried to book is on the waitlist and moves up when someone cancels the night before. Players check in with the QR in their app at the clubhouse desk.
By 10 AM the head coach has blocked out next weekend for a junior tournament. The schedule shows his Saturday batches need cover, so they are reassigned before any family notices. Between lessons he opens the coach portal and writes this week's drill plan for his intermediate group: serve targets, split-step footwork and cross-court rallies.
At 4 PM the private lessons begin. Each 1:1 is booked against a player and a coach, and players get reminders 24 hours and 2 hours before. The owner closes the day with the collected-this-month report and the Pending filter on Invoices. Overdue reminders go out by email, so the desk only calls the few families who still need a nudge.
