Multi-branch gym management software
One organisation, several branches, one set of numbers — with each branch able to differ where it genuinely differs and nowhere else.
Branches that inherit, and override where they need to
A second location is not a second business, and running it on a second copy of your software makes it one. Branches share one account, one member base and one brand, and each has what actually varies locally: its own branch admins, its own staff and its own plans.
The alternative most operators live with is either total uniformity, which does not survive contact with a location that opens earlier, or total separation, which means no consolidated number is ever true.
Members who belong to the organisation
A member record belongs to the organisation rather than to a copy of the software at one location, so their history is in one place. Staff assigned to a branch see that branch's members, and owners see all of them.
Day to day, that means front-desk staff work the desk for the branch they are standing in — check-ins, new memberships, freezes, payments and pending balances — while a branch admin runs the location and the owner sees the whole organisation. Nobody needs a separate login per location, and nobody sees more than their job needs.
Staff who see their branch and not the rest
Permissions are granular and scoped per branch. A branch manager runs their location, front-desk staff see the desk screens for the branch they are standing in, and only the people who should see organisation-wide revenue can.
Every action carries an audit trail of who did what, which is the control that matters most when several locations share a member base and a price list.
Branch against branch, in the same period
Revenue, collections, churn and attendance come from one set of records, so every number is produced the same way over the same period — which is what makes it worth comparing.
A weekly KPI summary arrives by email every Monday, and the report builder exports whatever else you need as CSV.
Your brand, not ours
Members see your fitness center — your logo and colours on the member portal, and your logo on every invoice. Fitnexa stays out of the way. For an operator with several locations under one brand, this is what keeps the estate looking like one business.
Common questions
- Can each branch price its plans differently?
- Yes. Membership plans can be created per branch with their own prices, while everything still sits in one account.
- Can a member use every branch?
- Members belong to your organisation, not to one branch, so their record and history are the same wherever they train. Talk to us if you need to restrict particular plans to particular branches.
- Is there a limit on how many branches we can run?
- The model is built for multiple branches under one organisation rather than treating the second one as an exception. See pricing for how plans are structured.
