How to switch between your fitness centers on Fitnexa
Belong to more than one gym? Use My Centers or the center switcher in the top bar to move between them. Each center has its own bookings, pass and trainer.
Each fitness center you belong to keeps its own membership, bookings, check-in pass, trainer and chat. My Centers shows them all in one place and lets you step into any of them.
Step by step
Open My Centers
Click My Centers in the left-hand menu. You'll see a card for each center with its status (ACTIVE, TRIAL, FROZEN, EXPIRED or CANCELLED), your Plan and Valid Until date.
In the Member menu, select My Centers.
Enter the center you want
Click Enter center → on that center's card. The left-hand menu changes to that center's own pages. To go back to the list, click All centers at the bottom of the menu.
Switch quickly from the top bar
If you belong to two or more centers, a building icon appears in the top bar. Click it, choose a center under Your fitness centers, and the page reloads for that center.
In the app
Tap the My Centers tab and tap a center's card to go inside. To leave, tap More and then Back to my centers.

If something goes wrong
- You're not part of any center yet.
- You haven't been added to a center. Use Find Centers to send a join request, or accept the invitation your center emailed you.
- I don't see the center switcher in the top bar
- It only appears when you belong to two or more centers. Use My Centers instead.
Common questions
Why don't I see a QR code on one of my center cards?
The check-in QR only shows when that membership is ACTIVE or on TRIAL. A frozen, expired or cancelled membership has no pass until the center reactivates it.
Are my stats shared between centers?
Each center keeps its own bookings, trainer and progress records. Open the center to see its data.
