How to use gym offers and promo codes on Fitnexa
See current offers and promo codes from your fitness centers in Fitnexa, copy a code with one tap and show it at the front desk to redeem your discount.
Centers publish offers — a festive discount, a guest pass, a referral deal — and Fitnexa collects them for you on the Offers page.
Step by step
Open Offers
Click Offers in the left-hand menu for offers from all your centers, or Offers inside a center for just that one. In the app, tap More › Offers.
In the Member menu, select Offers.
Copy the code
Each offer shows its code and when it ends (until a date). Tap the code to copy it — you'll see Copied.

Show a promo code at that center's front desk to redeem. They'll apply the discount when you pay.
If something goes wrong
- The front desk says my code has expired
- Check the until date on the offer. Offers end on that date.
- I don't see any offers
- Your centers have no active offers right now. Check again later, or browse Plans & Offers in Find Centers.
Common questions
Can I use a promo code online?
No. Show the code at the center's front desk when you pay.
Can I use one center's code at another center?
No. Each code belongs to the center that published it.
