How to report a problem or raise a ticket with your gym

Broken equipment, billing error or a facility issue? Raise a support ticket with your fitness center in Fitnexa and follow its status until it's resolved.

A ticket goes to your center's team and stays on record until it's sorted — better than a chat message for anything that needs fixing.

Problems with the Fitnexa app itself go to Fitnexa support instead.

Step by step

  1. Open Support in your center

Open your center from My Centers and click Support. In the app, tap More › Support inside your center.

In the Peak Performance Gym menu, select Support.

  2. Click + New Ticket

My Tickets lists anything you've raised before.

  3. Describe the problem

In Raise a ticket, add a short Subject, pick a Category (Broken equipment, Housekeeping, Facility, Billing, Membership, General or Other) and explain in Message. Click Submit.
