How to renew or freeze your gym membership on Fitnexa
Renewals and freezes are done by your fitness center. Here's how to ask them through Fitnexa, pay at the desk and check your new dates afterwards.
Your fitness center renews and freezes memberships for you — there's no button to do it yourself. Fitnexa makes it easy to ask them and to check it's been done.
Step by step
Check your plan and whether it can be frozen
Look at your Plan and Valid Until date in My Centers. In Find Centers, plans that allow a pause show a Freeze badge under Plans & Offers.
Ask your center
Open your center and click Messages to message them, or speak to the front desk. Tell them whether you want to renew, change plan, or freeze — and for which dates.
In the Peak Performance Gym menu, select Messages.

Your center raises an invoice for the renewal. Pay it at the desk by cash, card or UPI; the center records it, and it appears in Billing under Payment history. The renewed membership starts once the invoice is paid, or earlier if your center activates it for you.
Check the new dates
Your card in My Centers updates: a renewal moves Valid Until forward, and a freeze shows FROZEN with Frozen until ….
If something goes wrong
- My QR pass disappeared after freezing
- That's expected — there's no check-in pass while a membership is FROZEN. It comes back when the freeze ends.
- Membership Expired – Please renew at the front desk to check in.
- Your plan has ended. Renew at the front desk and you can check in straight away.
Common questions
Can I freeze my membership in the app?
No. Ask your center — only they can freeze or unfreeze it.
Does freezing extend my end date?
That depends on your center's plan rules. Ask them when you request the freeze.
