How to see and clear your Fitnexa notifications
Check new messages, invites and reminders under the Fitnexa notification bell, open the full list, act on them and mark everything as read in one click.
Notifications tell you about new messages, invitations, booking changes and reminders from your center. Some let you act straight away with a button.
Step by step
Open the bell
Click the bell icon in the top bar. The Notifications panel shows the latest ones — or You're all caught up. if there's nothing new. Click View all for the full list.
Act on a notification
Some notifications have buttons: Review & accept for an invitation, Open chat for a new message.
Mark everything as read
On the full page, the header shows how many are unread (for example 3 unread). Click Mark all read to clear them. You can also open it from the account menu: Notifications.
In the app
Tap More › Notifications. Tap a notification to mark it as read.

If something goes wrong
- There's no Mark all read in the app
- The app marks each one read when you tap it. Use the website to clear them all at once.

Why did a notification disappear?
