How to pay your gym membership fees with Fitnexa
Fitnexa doesn't take card payments online for gym fees. Pay at your center's front desk by cash, card or UPI, and the payment then shows in Billing.
You pay your fitness center directly at the front desk. They record the payment in Fitnexa, and it then appears in your Billing page with a receipt.
Step by step
Check how much you owe
Open Billing. Outstanding shows the amount due to each center. Click Invoice if you'd like the PDF.
Pay at the front desk
Pay by whatever your center accepts — usually cash, card or UPI. Show your Membership card from Billing if they ask who you are.
Check it's been recorded
Once the center marks the invoice paid, it leaves Outstanding and shows up in Payment history with the Method you used.

If something goes wrong
- I paid but it still shows Overdue
- The center hasn't recorded it yet. Show the desk your UPI or card receipt and ask them to mark it paid.
- I think I was charged the wrong amount
- Raise a ticket with your center under Support and choose the Billing category.

No. Your membership fee goes to your center. Fitnexa accounts for members are free.
