A day with Fitnexa
The sauna opens at 6 AM with its first 30-minute slot already half full. Members booked it in the Fitnexa app last night and got a reminder two hours before. At the front-desk device they are checked in by face, and the desk hands each one a towel and a locker key, both noted against the member so the evening count adds up.
Mid-morning a member tries to walk in without a booking. The entry rule you set says unbooked members can't check in, so the desk points them to the next open slot instead of making an exception. - Can gym members add sauna access to their plan?
- Yes. Create a separate sauna plan or add-on, with its own price and tax, and sell it alongside the gym membership.
- Can I track towels and lockers?
- Yes. The front desk issues towels and assigns lockers against the member, so you know who has what.
- Do guests have to use the app to get in?
- No. Guests enrolled for Face ID check in at the front-desk device, and the desk can also check anyone in by member code or phone number.
