How to view and download your gym invoices and receipts
See what you owe and every payment you've made in Fitnexa Billing. Download invoice PDFs with GST details from the website for your records or claims.
Billing brings together your membership card, anything you still owe and every payment you've made across all your centers.
Step by step
Open Billing
Click Billing in the left-hand menu. In the app, tap More › Billing.
In the Member menu, select Billing.
Check what you owe
Outstanding shows any unpaid amount due to this center. An Overdue badge means the due date has passed. Click Invoice to download the invoice as a PDF.
See your past payments
Payment history lists every payment with its Date, Center, Invoice number, Method and Amount. Click Invoice in the Receipt column to download that payment's invoice as a PDF.

If something goes wrong
- I can't download PDFs in the app
- The app shows your billing but doesn't download PDFs. Sign in at fitnexa.io and open Billing.
- A payment I made isn't in Payment history
- Your center adds payments when they record them. Ask the front desk to check it was marked as paid.
- The invoice has the wrong name or GSTIN
- Invoices are issued by your center. Ask them to correct it and reissue.
Common questions
Can I get an invoice for my membership?
Yes. Every payment in Payment history has an Invoice PDF you can download from Billing on the website.
Why is the Outstanding amount still showing after I paid?
The center hasn't recorded the payment yet. Ask the front desk to mark it paid.
