How to accept an invitation to join your gym on Fitnexa

Your fitness center emailed you an invite? Open the link, sign in or create an account with the same email, and click Join to link your membership in seconds.

When a center registers you as a member, they can send you an invitation email. Accepting it links your Fitnexa account to that center so you can book, check in and see your invoices.

Step by step

  1. Open the invitation link

    Click the link in the email. You'll see You're invited to join Peak Performance Gym, a Joining as Member tag and the email the invite was sent to.

  2. Sign in, or create an account

    Already have a Fitnexa account? Click Sign in and join. After you sign in you come straight back to the invitation.

    New to Fitnexa? Click Create an account and sign up with the same email address the invite was sent to. When you've finished signing up, go back to your email and click the invitation link again — signing up doesn't bring you back to it automatically.

  3. Confirm and join

    Check the Member profile list — you'll be able to book sessions, track progress, see your plan and offers, and get your digital member card. Adding a photo and Your date of birth is optional. Click Join Peak Performance Gym as Member.

  4. Or accept it from your notifications

    If you're already signed in, the invite also appears under the bell icon at the top. Open it and click Review & accept.

If something goes wrong

Invite unavailable
The link has expired, was already used, or was cancelled. Ask your center to send a new invitation.
I created an account but I don't see the center
Open the invitation link from your email again while signed in, then click Join.
The invite was sent to an old email address
Ask the center to update your email and resend the invite, so it matches the account you sign in with.

Common questions

Do I have to add a photo to join?

No. For members the photo is optional. You can add one later from your profile.

Where does the center appear after I accept?

Under My Centers. Click Enter center → to open it.
