A day with Fitnexa
Saturday morning at the wall starts with the booking list. The 10 AM open bouldering slot is capped at 30 and already full, so late bookers sit on the waitlist and move up automatically when someone cancels. Regulars walk in, look at the front-desk device and are checked in by face. A new climber buys a day pass and shoe rental at the counter.
Around noon the belay instructor runs the intro course for four beginners. She opens the coach portal, sees who is booked, and marks each climber's stage in the belay training program when they pass. Next week, when one of them asks to climb on ropes alone, the desk opens the record and checks the stage instead of asking around.
On Monday the owner opens the peak-hours heatmap and sees the weekend crush clearly. They add a second Sunday morning slot, broadcast the change in the app, and check the expiring list: twelve memberships run out this fortnight.
