A day with Fitnexa
At 4:30 PM the foundation batch arrives: twelve children, two coaches, one floor. Parents booked the spot on the member login the academy gave them, and the batch stopped taking bookings at its capacity. Children scan in at the door, and the coaches see the list on their portal before the warm-up starts.
The coaches work through the week's skill plan: forward rolls, a bridge hold, a handstand against the wall and the first attempts at a cartwheel. When a child lands a skill cleanly, it is ticked off in the plan, and the child's stage in the training program moves forward once the set is complete.
The pre-competition squad trains on Saturday mornings with a smaller capacity and a senior coach. Before the term ends the owner checks the pending-balance list, sees that overdue reminders have gone out to families on their own, and uses the expiring list to plan next term's batches and decide which levels need another coach.

- Yes. Coaches keep skill plans in the app and move children through the stages of a training program, all on the member record.
- Can parents book and pay for their children?
- Parents can be given the child's member login to book batches and see invoices. Payments are recorded by your desk as cash, card, UPI or transfer.
- Can I run term-based fees instead of monthly?
- Yes. Create plans of any duration, such as a three-month term, with its own price and tax rate.
