A day with Fitnexa
The 6 AM fitness boxing class is booked to sixteen, the number of bags on the floor. Members check in by face at the front desk and pick up wraps from the counter, which the POS records against their name. The head coach sees the list on his portal and sets up stations before the bell.
Between classes the head coach runs three 1:1 pad sessions. Each was booked against his availability, so nothing clashes with the evening group class. After each one he updates the boxer's plan for the week: rounds on the bag, skipping, footwork drills, and one note on keeping the right hand up.
The fight squad trains at 7 PM. Each boxer is on a staged training program, and the coach moves two of them from the sparring stage to fight camp. Their weigh-ins are logged, and the chart shows who is on track for their category. The owner checks pending balances and sees the reminders have already gone.

Common questions
- Can I run group classes and 1:1 pad sessions together?
- Yes. Group classes and 1:1 sessions sit on the same schedule, and coach availability stops them clashing.
- Can I track a fighter's weight before a bout?
- Yes. Record weight and any custom metric on the member record, with a trend chart the fighter can see in the app.
- Can I sell gloves and hand wraps at the desk?
- Yes. The POS handles counter sales and updates stock automatically, and the sale can go on the member's invoice.
- Do coaches see all the gym's financial data?
- No. Roles and permissions decide what each person sees. Coaches see their schedule and their boxers, not the accounts.
