A day with Fitnexa
The 7 AM ladies' batch has 25 spots and 23 bookings. Members scan the QR code in their app on the way in, and the instructor starts the warm-up track on time. Two of them paid this month's fee by UPI at the desk yesterday, so their invoices are already in the app and nobody is handing over cash in the middle of class.
In September the studio sets up a Navratri garba workshop as a one-off session for Saturday evening, capped at 40. A coupon code gives existing members a festive discount, and the workshop is full by Wednesday with six on the waitlist. The owner broadcasts the dress-code and timing details in the app instead of posting in three different groups.
Once a month the instructor records weight and waist measurements as custom metrics for members who want them, and the trend shows in their app. The expiring list shows eleven members due in the next two weeks; the owner calls the three who haven't checked in lately. Overdue reminders went out by email, and the month's collections report is ready.
