How to log a member's progress from the Fitnexa app

Log a member's measurement on the gym floor from your phone using the Coaching Plan & Progress screen in the Fitnexa app, and see their programs and plan.

On the gym floor it's quicker to use your phone. The app's Coaching Plan & Progress screen brings a member's programs, progress, workout plan and session notes together in four tabs.

Step by step

  1. Open the member

    Tap the My Members tab and tap the member's name. The Coaching Plan & Progress screen opens.

  2. Check the member and open Progress

    Use the member picker at the top to switch member if you need to. Then tap Progress.

    The other tabs show the member's Programs, their workout Plan and your session Notes.

  3. Pick the stat, enter the Value and tap Save

    Tap the stat you're logging from the chips at the top, for example Weight. Under Log measurement, type the Value — such as 64.2 — and tap Save. The member's history for that stat shows underneath.

If something goes wrong

No metrics
Your center hasn't set up any progress metrics yet. Ask your admin to add them.
A member isn't in the list
They aren't assigned to you. Ask your admin to assign you on their profile.
I want to record several stats at once
Use the website's Member Stats tab and Record a measurement, which takes weight, height, body fat and custom metrics in one go.

Common questions

Do app entries show on the website?

Yes. Everything you log in the app appears on the member's Member Stats tab and in their own progress charts.

Can I move a member's program stage in the app?

Stage moves are done on the website, from the member's Training tab.
