Your trainer or the front desk records your measurements, and Fitnexa turns them into charts so you can see how far you've come.

Step by step

  1. Open My Stats

Click My Stats in the left-hand menu, or inside your center. In the app, tap the My Stats tab inside your center, or More › My Stats.

In the Member menu, select My Stats.

  2. Read your charts

You'll see your latest weight, height, BMI and body fat, each with a chart such as Weight over time. BMI is worked out from your weight and height.
